William Michael Hollowood, Sr., 67, of Smithfield, Pa, passed away Tuesday, January 12, 2021, in the Uniontown Hospital. He was born August 16, 1953, in Monongahela, Pa., a son of the late Earl Cole and Doris Hollowood A. US. Navy veteran of the Vietnam Conflict, William had more recently worked at a farm hand and auto detailer. Surviving are his five children and their spouses, Christina and Robert Grimes of Masontown, Pa., William and Ashley Hollowood, Jr. of Uniontown, Robert and Tiffany Hollowood of Lake Lynn, Lindsie and William Hall of Lake Lynn, and Cassidy Thompson of Uniontown; and six grandchildren, Ashley, Caleb, Gunner, Bailey, Hayden and John, III. The family will received friends on Saturday, January 16, 2021, from 1 - 3 PM. A Memorial Service will begin at 3:00 PM, with Rev. French Jenkins officiating, followed by Military Honors accorded by the Point Marion Veterans Posts.
