Kenneth Wayne Rohr, Jr., 50, of Point Marion, Pa., passed away Tuesday, October 17, 2017 at his home, following a lengthy illness. Born Jan. 27, 1967 in Morgantown, WV, he was the son of Mary Pauline (Messenger) Rohr of Masontown, WV, (formerly of Point Marion), and the late Kenneth W. Rohr, Sr. He attended Albert Gallatin High School, and was employed as a laborer for home improvement and repair firms in the area. Surviving, in addition to his mother, is his loving companion of the past 20 years, Brandi Pugh; two children, Samantha Pugh of Uniontown and Kenneth W. Rohr, III of Smithfield; two brothers and their wives, Fred and Cindy Rohr of Bruceton Mills, W.Va. and Timmy and Peggy Fields of Masontown, WV; and a number of extended family members. Friends will be received in the Richard R. Herod Funeral Home, Point Marion on Sunday from 6 - 8 PM, and Monday from 10 until the 11:00 AM hour of service, with Rev. Jim Weber officiating. Interment follows in Mount Zion Cemetery, Masontown, West Virginia. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be offered to the family at 501 Morgantown Street, Point Marion, PA 15474
