Julie A. (Henigin) Dranbauer Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Julie Ann (Henigin) Dranbauer, 50, of Smithfield, Pa., died unexpectedly Thursday, August 31, 2017 at the Ruby Memorial Hospital. Born in Morgantown on June 14, 1967, she was a beloved daughter of Ruth Ann (Brewer) Henigin of Smithfield, and the late Walter Henigin. A 1985 graduate of Albert Gallatin High School, she then graduated as a Radiation Therapist from West Virginia University Hospitals in 1988, where she has since been employed for over 25 years. With a smile that could light up a room, Julie could always make you laugh, regardless of the situation. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, Donald Dranbauer; her two sons, who she loved dearly and were the light of her life, Cole and Kyle Dranbauer, both at home; three step-sons, David, Daniel and Richard Dranbauer; two sisters, Judi Henigin of Smithfield and Amy Ball and husband George of Lexington, KY; several nieces and nephews, including Grant and Alli Kisner, who both grew up around Aunt Julie. Friends will be received in the Richard R. Herod Funeral Home, Point Marion, on Sunday from 2 – 4 and 6 - 9 P.M., and Monday, from 10 until the hour of service at 11:00 AM, with Pastor Kathy Griffith officiating. Interment follows in Cedar Grove Cemetery, New Geneva, Pa. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be offered to the Mount Moriah Christian School, P.O 903, Smithfield, PA 15478
