Gregory Keith Radicic

Gregory Keith Radicic, 69, of Morgantown, W.Va., passed away Wednesday, May 8, 2024, in Florida. Born in Morgantown on December 3, 1954, he was a son of the late Richard and Irene (Thorpe) Radicic. A 1974 graduate of Albert Gallatin High School, Greg served 20 years in the United State Air Force, retiring as a Tech Sergeant. He then worked for the PA Department of Corrections as an Electrical Trades Instructor, retiring in 2015. Greg loved nature, and was an avid hunter, angler, and drone photography hobbyist. He is also remembered for his love of sports, participating in scuba diving, billiards, wrestling, football, long distance running, boxing and taekwondo. He also loved art, often expressing his creativity through poetry and painting. Surviving is his loving wife, LouAnn (Namish) Radicic; their four children and spouses, Tara and Brian Strosnider of New Geneva, Cole and Kim Radicic of Smithfield, Brandon and Lisa Radicic of Bridgeville, PA. and Cord and Breanna Radicic of Barnesville, Ohio; Also nine grandchildren, Ryan, Kaleigh, Seth, Wyatt, Garrett, Weston, Kaia, Annaliese, and Haisley, one great-grandson, Jaxson; three sisters,Kathleen and Pete Malik of Uniontown, Roxanne and Bob Voshel of McClellandtown, Rebecca and Chuck Ammon of Bethel Park, PA. and a brother, Richard and Robin Radicic of Smithfield; many loving nieces and nephews and their families. The family will received friends in the Richard R. Herod Funeral Home, Point Marion, on Thursday from 5 - 8 PM., and Friday from 11 - 12:00 Noon, the hour of service, with Rev. Pete Malik officiating. Interment follows in Cedar Grove Cemetery,New Geneva. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Wounded Waters.
